After years of mixing drinks and experimenting behind the bar, I found something deeper than just a job, I found a passion. Creating cocktails became a form of art for me, a way to connect people and tell stories through flavor.
That passion turned into a dream: to open Ellington’s Cocktail Lounge, right here in the growing city of Milwaukee, Wisconsin. I want to build a place that blends creativity, culture, and community where every drink has meaning and every guest feels like they’re part of something special.
